LazyReputation provides, for one business location per order:
We work exclusively from publicly available information. We never require, and you agree not to send us, passwords or other account credentials.
We deliver the Reply Pack, Audit and Project within 24 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of your business identification details. If we miss the 24-hour deadline, the pack is free — we will refund your payment in full on request. If we miss a review that was public and unanswered at the time of our research and within the confirmed scope, we will write that reply free of charge or refund you, at your choice.
The Reply Pack covers the full unanswered backlog of one location as found in our research at the time of the order. In your free audit we state the counts we found. For exceptionally large backlogs (more than 100 unanswered reviews), we will confirm the scope with you before starting; any additional work is only performed with your written approval and agreed price.
The Reply Pack is USD $35 one-time per location, payable via Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Optional ongoing services (such as Reputation Care) are offered separately, are never auto-enrolled, and are governed by their own confirmation.
On full payment, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered replies, audit and project materials for your business. We may reuse general know-how and anonymized, aggregated learnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for decisions made by review platforms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
