Information you give us. When you request free samples or a reputation audit, or buy a Reply Pack, we collect your name, business name, business website or listing link, email address, optional phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, collect or store your full card number — Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.
Public information. To prepare your samples, audit and replies, we read publicly available information about your business: your public reviews, ratings, listings and public mentions across the web. We never ask for, and you should never send us, passwords or private account access.
Technical information. Our server logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and operation of the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Only the service providers we need to operate: Stripe (payments) and our email/hosting providers (delivery and storage). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may disclose information if required by law.
This site is intentionally simple: we do not run advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
We keep request and order information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we must legally retain.
Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA, and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing messages. The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored on our own server with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
